Where? Norma B. Handloff Park, 1000 Barksdale Rd, Newark, De 19711. From the smaller of the two parking lots, the one next to the skate park.

Hare? The most Irish looking non-Irish Hasher around here, Mary Fucking Poppins.

Hash Cash? Free, plus whatever you want to spend if we some place that sells drinks.
